Nicole Hudson: Mental Health Counselor & Yoga Teacher
MS, MHC-LP / E-RYT / Integrative Life coach
Nicole’s interest in psychology and mental health stemmed from her love of movement and yoga. After spending her early career in the contemporary art world of New York City, Nicole immersed herself in her yoga studies and began to rethink the life she wanted to live. In 2014 Nicole completed her first yoga teacher training, followed by numerous advanced-level trainings at Caribe Yoga Academy, Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Berkshires, MA, and the Esalen Institute, Big Sur, CA. In 2017, Nicole became a certified Soluna Life Coach and, in 2022, completed her Master of Science (MS) in Mental Health Counseling at Pace University, Pleasantville, NY. Today, Nicole works as a psychotherapist in Brooklyn, NY, where she combines Eastern yoga philosophy and Western counseling theories to offer her clients tools to reduce stress and anxiety, learn to explore and regulate their emotions, and take steps toward fully engaging and creating lives of awareness and purpose.
