What Will You Learn?
Part 1: Foundations of Trauma-Informed Yoga

Why this training?

Becoming a trauma-informed yoga teacher is crucial in today’s world as it equips instructors with the skills to create safer, more inclusive environments for all students. Trauma-informed yoga recognizes that everyone’s journey is unique, emphasizing empathy, respect, and non-judgmental support. This approach fosters healing by empowering students to reconnect with their bodies in a gentle, mindful way, reducing the risk of re-traumatization with yoga and wellness spaces. As a trauma-informed yoga teacher, you’ll not only enhance your ability to connect with and support your students but also contribute to a more compassionate and healing community.
