Based on this, they will recommend personalized daily habits, including morning rituals, exercise, diet, sleep patterns, and self-care practices, to align with your natural rhythms. Seasonal adjustments are also provided to help you adapt your routine, diet, and lifestyle to the changing seasons, promoting harmony with nature and optimal health throughout the year.
