Nutrition Consultation, Meal Planning or Seasonal Cleanse
2-3 hours
What to Expect:
250 USD
In an Ayurvedic Nutrition Consultation you can expect a personalized approach to your diet and health that aligns with your unique dosha (constitution) and/or current imbalances. The consultation will begin with an assessment of your lifestyle, eating habits, and any health concerns. Based on this, the practitioner will create a customized meal plan, incorporating seasonal and dosha-specific foods to promote balance and well-being. For a cleanse, the practitioner will guide you through a detoxification process using specific foods, herbs, and self-care practices designed to eliminate toxins, improve digestion, and restore energy. The goal is to provide sustainable, nourishing practices that enhance vitality and overall health. This package requires some time for consultation in order to assess goals and intentions.
Why Ayurvedic Meal Planning?
Ayurvedic meal planning can create a balanced, nourishing diet tailored to your unique body type (dosha) and health needs. Unlike generic meal plans, Ayurvedic meal planning takes into account individual factors such as digestion, energy levels, and seasonal influences to promote optimal health and prevent disease. It’s ideal for those looking to improve digestion, boost energy, manage weight, or address specific health concerns like inflammation or hormonal imbalances. Additionally, Ayurvedic meal plans emphasize whole, natural foods and mindful eating, which can lead to more sustainable, long-term health benefits and a deeper connection with the body.
