Yoga Instructor, content creator

Lucie is a certified yoga teacher and content creator/marketer who currently teaches yoga in Prague, Czech Republic.

Yoga came to her life in 2019 in Spain, and since then has stuck to her. Becoming a yoga teacher a few years later came somehow naturally, while she was living in Costa Rica and working for AmaSER. She completed the YTT with Caribe Yoga Academy, under the teaching of Avani, Adriana and Amala, and thanks to this training she discovered that it gives her so much meaning and joy to share with others the teaching that was shared with her - on and off the mat.

Yoga and mindful lifestyle is a huge part of her daily life, whether it's physical or mental. Lucie’s main focus of teaching is to enhance in her students more connection to themselves, self awareness and be more present in their mind and body, touching also deeper layers, and not just the physical posture.

Regarding her professional background, she studied media and communication and she works for a data analytics company and she’ll be contributing here with marketing insights for La Colmena.
