Federica Fedrigo
Federica took her foundational 250hr YTT at Caribe Yoga Academy in 2018. Upon her return to Italy, she achieved the 50hr Yin Teacher Training and graduated as Mindfulness and Meditation teacher for children. Federica is part of a non-profit organization founded with the goal of sharing with the local communities yoga, mindful movement and meditation. She believes in the value of continuing education to always remain a “student before a teacher”. She follows her heart when it comes to exploring and studying. In and off the mat. Her style and teachings go along with the inner listening of the body and the Nature.
