Sample Daily Schedule - ONLINE

Students will receive:

  • Weekly workshops ranging from 90 to 120 minutes

  • Online weekend immersions (one or two) depending on the length of the course

  • 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. : Workshop

SAMPLE SCHEDULE FOR ONLINE WEEKEND IMMERSIONS:​

  • 6:00 to 8:00 a.m. : Morning Sadhana

  • 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. : Breakfast Break

  • 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. : Workshop

  • 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. : Workshop

  • 12:45 p.m. : Lunch Break

  • 12:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. : Workshop

  • 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. : Workshop
